Good to Brilliant Vivid Culture Initiative

Over the last 40 years, Vivid Impact has remained a regional leader in the graphics communications industry because of our continual efforts to pursue excellence. We believe that our Team Members are at the heart of our business strategy and success. It is with these beliefs that we launch our internal Good to Brilliant Initiative to ensure that Vivid remains a member of the Louisville community for years to come.

This multifaceted initiative calls on all parties, management and team members, to play their role in shifting our culture from Good to Brilliant. Serving our customer is at the core of what we do, this initiative is designed to better align with our mission and build to our vision by addressing each project with a customer-centric approach.

MISSION

Vivid Impact Company is committed to being a leader in graphic communications by providing a customer-centric approach and developing best-in-class solutions and project methodology to exceed clients’ expectations.

VISION

Vivid Impact will be an innovator in the graphic communications industry by delivering valuable strategic solutions, creative design, and technical expertise, while maintaining a superior standard of quality control.

We expect Brilliant things from our Team Members:

We depend on one another, and know that even if we are not helping the customer directly we are helping someone who is.

Where is this initiative coming from? Well, we are not starting from scratch. We are fortunate to have a group of really good team members, who already embody these qualities and preform them on an operational basis daily. But as we are constantly pushing to be better we have outlined the standards to which we will all hold ourselves accountable.

Standard: Engaged

An Engaged team member is one who takes pride in their work and follows through with positive action to further the reputation and interests our organization.{Takes Pride, Development/ Growth Focused (Personally and Organizationally), Team Player}

Value for the customer: This is a Team member who’s on your side, following your project and ensuring it is the best-in-class solution vivid can offer.

Standard: Empowered

An Empowered team member has the authority or power to make decisions and to get things done with reasonable judgment. {Proactive, Equipped, Agile}

Value for the customer: This is a Team member who adapts as issues arise, has the answer, and precedes your deadline.

Standard: Takes Ownership

A team member who Takes Ownership takes on responsibility, not passing the problem down the line. {Problem-solving attitude, Accountable, Purposed}

Value for the customer: This is a Team member who has “I can help you with that” on the tip of their tongue, and the follow-through to make sure you receive what you were looking for.
