The Challenge

  • Circle K Heartland has large volumes of food and drink promotional signage that change monthly. There was often worry that wrong signage might be displayed, causing confused customers, and wasting marketing dollars.
  • The ordering process became overwhelming, and stores frequently received incorrect signage because of inaccurate store profile information.
  • Store managers often ran back and forth from their desktops, which wasted time. Three main problems Circle K Heartland wanted to solve:
    • How to quickly and accurately update store profile information?
    • How to easily and efficiently order promotional inventory?
    • How to confirm the accuracy of the kit pieces received?
Solution

The Solution

  • Our proprietary software, PrecisionPOP, allows our clients to manage their monthly promotional campaigns via their phone/tablet, in real-time, enhancing store-level execution, and reducing promotion expenses.
  • The PrecisionPop mobile app allows Circle K Heartland to update its store profile information and surveys in real-time. The app remembers store info and employees were able to save time (no more running to their desktop computer) and order directly from their mobile devices.
  • Store managers can track performance using real-time data and even view previous marketing campaigns to compare how efficiently past campaigns drove sales.

  • The PrecisionPOP mobile app, made specially for Circle K Heartland, is simpler for stores to use on their handheld devices, allowing orders to be placed in just a few taps. The order process has saved Circle K Heartland time and money, resulting in accurate inventory ordering.
