Vivid Impact collaborated with Circle K to design and produce over 650 items for a national campaign across multiple U.S. regions within an ambitious two-week timeline. Their efficient project management and creative teamwork enabled the execution and deployment of marketing materials, meeting tight deadlines and streamlining processes at the store level across the U.S.
The Challenge
Circle K, a leading global convenience store brand, operates in the United States through business units (BUs) covering various regions.
Vivid Impact was tasked with designing over 650 items for a national campaign involving 6 of these BUs.
A significant challenge was the tight deadline: all designs needed approval and to be in production within 2 weeks of receiving key visual assets from different companies and vendors.
Each BU had slightly different brand standards, necessitating unique designs for each item.
The Solution
Circle K chose Vivid Impact for the project, leveraging their existing relationship from managing two BUs monthly and understanding the complexities of marketing across multiple locations.
To manage the project’s volume, the creative team was divided to focus on different aspects of the process, including design, proofing, revising, quality control, and uploading the final artwork upon approval.
Project managers coordinated with external vendors for assets and prioritized BUs based on the timeline, with teams working extended hours to meet deadlines.
